Why We Built the Best LMS for Automotive Manufacturing
In 2014, our founders walked off the production floor of a Tier-1 auto supplier after their third failed attempt at deploying a generic LMS for Automotive Manufacturing. The platform couldn't handle shift-based scheduling. It had no understanding of ISO audit trails. It crashed on the tablets workers used on the floor.
They built AutoLMS from scratch — with a singular focus on the real challenges of training automotive manufacturing workforces. Today, every feature, every module, and every workflow in our LMS for Automotive Manufacturing was designed with that same first-principles thinking.
